Shipping & Delivery

Timeline

All items are made to order in batches. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks lead time before item is shipped.
“Why does it take 4-5 weeks? I want it now!” Believe me, we get it. However, all of our pieces are handmade in NYC with local, experienced casters and jewelers. To streamline the overall workflow, we work on orders in strategic batches to enable targeted care, finishing, and QC for each piece. Once pieces are finished, all items are packaged, processed by hand in-house.
It is one of our top priorities to speed up lead time as we scale (without compromising quality).

For domestic orders (U.S.), items will ship with FedEx or UPS at three standardized rates and time windows:
- Standard shipping ($9.00): Once item is ready and shipped, approximate delivery window is 5 to 8 business days
- Express shipping ($17.00): Once item is ready and shipped, approximate delivery window is 1 to 2 business days
- Overnight shipping ($45.00): Once item is ready and shipped, approximate delivery window is 1 business day
For international orders, we currently only ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia at this time. All items will ship with DHL. For exact shipping rates and options, please see rates at checkout upon entering your shipping address. Import duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
